This is the official web site for the San Juan Del Sur Beach House of the Barreto Chamorro family in Nicaragua.

This houes is the work of Arq. Samuel Barreto Arguello, built for Ligia Chamorro in 1972. The neighborhood is called "Chamorro hill" and has a view of the San Juan Del Sur Bay and town.
You can see our house in this photo. It is only 4 blocks from the beach (0.12 of a mile) San Juan del Sur is a charming town with restaurants, shops, market and night life all in walking distance from our house. With bay and town views.

San Juan del Sur is a small town in the Pacific coast, close to Costa Rica.

The beach is very safe for all year swiming and very close to world class surf locations.

San Juan del Sur Pueblo has its recently renovated church, local farm and sea fresh pruduct market, restaurants, coffee and bar shops and a good suppy of fishing excurtion boats that can be arranged for few cordobas..
